New Marijuana Scam by ArtfulBits & Kirill Brezanskiy.
Recreational pot was legalized in California in 2016, but sales just started. Patients do not need medical marijuana cards to buy recreational pot anymore. At this point, ArtfulBits and Kirill Brezanskiy did not want to lose profit from criminal activity and they found a solution how to stay on “mmj train” of success and continue to receive illegal profit. They created a new Medical Marijuana Delivery scam – mmjtrain.com . The goal was to sell pot to all people who bought fake doctor`s recommendations from mmjdoctoronline.com and 420evaluationsonline.com. It supposed to be shipped unanimously via USPS but at the time of this article the site was unavailable so we are unable to track its success.
Scam checkup :
mmjdoctoronline.com – live, people are buying fake recommendations, still approved without doctor, fake signature
420evaluationsonline.com – the same as previous
mmjtrain.com offline, no links found at mmjdoctoronline.com or 420evaluationsonline.com
420evaluationsonlinescam.com – we are live, no hacks or interruption, still getting information from mmj businesses and “friends” of Kirill Brezanskiy.
We were informed that there are more fraudulent services created by Kirill Brezanski and ArtFullBits are live now, we are investigating
Be aware buyers, new medical marijuana delivery service are offering overnight marijuana delivery . They ship it via UPS !
Do you know what is going to happen to you when USPS find out what in the package with your address? It is Federal Government and you’ll be in jail for a long time even for buying it.
You should know that all delivery businesses should be licensed by the city and list of licensed deliveries can be found online.
So how do MMJ TRAIN Delivery scam work?
They collect thousands of patients at their`s mmj evaluations scam (mmjdoctoronline and 420evaluationsonline) and push all patients to mmjtrain.com to buy weed from them. Of course it is easy, just enter your card info , choose weed and wait. They do not guarantee that you receive it because it can be lost or seized by USPS. Its better to be lost otherwise you’ll be in jail.
How do they ship weed?
Kirill Brezanskiy successfully implemented his shipping potential from his previous scams such as mmjdoctoronline.com and 420evaluationsonline.com where he anonymously hired people to ship fake medical marijuana recommendations. Now he established cannabis shipping operations. From stolen credit cards he buys prepaid shipping labels. Shipping agent form orders, packs them and ship by dropping of at blue USP shipping boxes. This boxes can be found almost everywhere and anyone can ship anything.
How do they accept payments?
Probably the same scheme as at mmjdoctoronline and 420evaluationsonline. We all know that banks do not accept money for Cannabis so Kirill Brezanski developed his own payment scheme where he created fake companies and when payment accrues bank see as it was for some goods or services not associated with marijuana. Usually buyer is being informed that payment will occur from suspicious account. Feel free to call your bank and cancel your transaction or you might loose your money.
January 31.2017 we posted on Facebook that we know who developed the First Medical Marijuana Scam and we rated this company and provided a review :
This company creating software to steal credit card information from people. Don`t deal with this Hackers. They made mmjdoctoronline com and 420evaluationsonline com and selling fake medical marijuana recommendations with fake signatures. People can die by not being evaluated by a real doctor. Stop this SCAM !
interesting. Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately, any word written in this article is not true. ArtfulBits company is just an outsource IT service, we develop software according to requirements from the customer side. How customer will use this software is not a part of ArtfulBits company contract with the customer. This is similar as you blame car manufacture for a drunk driver.
Feel free to contact us if you want to investigate and prove that you blame a wrong people.

And we can help other people who are in need of professional medical advice not to become a victim of the scam (organized by International criminal group from Ukraine and Russia.)
Yesterday we received an email from a patient who obtained his medical marijuana card from mmjdoctoronline more than 8 month ago. Strange things began to happen after he got his card.
Several month ago he went to his local dispensary in Long Beach where he realized that he lost his recommendation letter. Dispensary stuff were able to find a copy of his recommendation. It turned out that this doctor is the one who they work with all the time and located a few blocks away from this dispensary. They said recommendation look different from recommendations this doctor usually issue to his patients. They called him directly and spent half an hour discussing something. 30 minutes later they explained that Dr. P. never worked at mmjdoctoronline he never issued this recommendation and never signed it. Dispensary employee tried to talk to MMJDOCTORONLINE to find out how did it happen that they use doctor`s information and signatures illegally ? They acted like they are not aware of anything. When dispensary said that they just spoke to this doctor and he confirmed the fact of FRAUD they said they’ll send this information to a manager and he should call us back. Never called back.
This is not the end of this story. Some time later somebody paid airplane tickets with his card and at this point he started to search for details online and found us.
P.S. : It was created by Kiril Brezanski with help of Oleksandr Kucherenko and Igor Voryk (Artfulbits.com ). Customer service representatives were notified that they work for SCAM and will be prosecuted too. We are not sharing any customer service representative names at this time because we believe they were scammed too and can share some information with us later.
We have investigated all social accounts and have some interesting findings . The following article will contain a lot of pictures of lavish life of family members of this criminal group and Kirill Brezanskiy.
The company called Artfulbits created a multi-million dollar fraudulent medical marijuana evaluations scam in the USA but it was not the first experience scamming people in the United States.
ATM hacks and dating scams, spamming- what they do for a long time. Also, this criminal group is hitting the scene, specializing in mobile threats and POS attacks.
Artfulbits created http://www.mmjdoctoronline.com also known as www.420evaluationsonline.com This website granted criminals with access to personal and credit card information of thousands of patients in the USA (most patients from California).
Medical Marijuana is a legal drug in California. All you need to get access to medical marijuana is a doctor`s recommendation. In case of approval, the patient receives an mmj card which he or she can use to obtain medical cannabis from a licensed dispensary. As we mentioned in our previous articles after the investigation of all online accounts we found out that this scam was created by a person named Kirill Brezanski (Belarus). ( You can verify this information by researching backlinks of 420evaluationsonline.com ). With help of Google team, we were able to identify Brezanski`s partners who created mmjdoctoronline.com and 420evaluationsonline.com with his help. Kirill Brezanski in cooperation with Igor Voryk and Oleksandr Kucherenko (www.artfulbits.com/contacts/) have created a multi-million dollar fraud.
By signing up at mmjdoctoronline or 420evaluationsonline patients are sharing personal and credit card information which are being sold at different black market platforms like SilkRoad, AlphaBay, DreamMarket and etc.
The most interesting part of this story – patients who signed up at mmjdoctoronline and 420 evaluationsonline – have no idea that they were scammed. The basic idea of scammers is to collect personal information so that victim doe not suspect anything. In the end, the victim gets medical marijuana card – the fake card with fake signature – because you never speak to a licensed Doctor. We talked to some doctors from whom they stole signatures and doctors confirmed that they never signed these recommendations and never worked for this scam.
Also, while financial fraud is still a big earner — accounting for $426 million — it’s being surpassed by the simple buying and selling of credit card data. The carding business brought in millions of dollars to this criminal group.
All of this is evidence of the growing sophistication of the Ukrainian cybercrime industry. (Group-IB defines this as “the market of computer crimes committed by Russian citizens, by citizens of the [countries in the Commonwealth of the Independent States, created when the Soviet Union was dissolved] and the Baltic states, as well as by citizens of other countries from the former Soviet Union.”)
The market for stolen credit card data in the last 10 years has finally been structured and now features mass automated distribution channels in the form of electronic trading platforms.
Do not get fooled by scammers! Any business that is asking for your personal information should be verified first!

Notes: By the time we published this article some social accounts were deleted but we had a chance to copy some friends and family info so we will be digging more info from family and friends profiles later, stay tuned)

420evaluationsonline.com Website Associated With Fraudulent Activity
Due to the recent legalization of medical marijuana use in certain states, scores of potential buyers have turned to the web to find out about which providers can write medical marijuana prescriptions, as well as what the process of attaining such a prescription entails.
Sadly, in the wake of the legalization news, certain individuals are looking to capitalize on the aforementioned law-abiding citizens’ inquiries about sourcing and using medical marijuana, by preying on them through running elaborate online scams.
Such is the case of the website 420evaluationsonline.com, which has been accused of using fraudulent activity, swindling unsuspecting website visitors and making signs to their credit cards, without their expressed permission.
N.S., a victim of 420evaluationsonline.com’s tactics, who wishes to remain anonymous, while recounting her unsettling experience of using the website, said “I am suffering from chronic health issues, and I was looking to get a prescription for medical marijuana, from a certified medical provider. While browsing the web, I came across 420evaluationsonline.com, which promised to bring me into contact with a doctor who could write me such prescription. To my great surprise, not only was I immediately charged for the website’s services, but I also received, instantaneously, a medical marijuana prescription in my inbox – without having ever consulted with a doctor before! After a little thought, I decided to contact the doctor whose name was listed in the bottom of the prescription, who assured me he had no association with the company, and that it said the company was a scam. I wanted to publicize my ordeal to let people know that 420evaluationsonline.com is not legitimate, and it poses a real, financial risk to those who are unaware of its shady tactics.”
It is expected that more accounts from victims of 420evaluationsonline.com’s activities are to come forward in the near future, while it is urgent that a thorough investigation is conducted into the website’s operations, both on a state and federal level.
